2023 Application

Thank you for your interest in vending at this year's event.

 

The 2023 festival will take place on August 5, 2023, from 12 PM - 5 PM at Reeves Park in Phoenixville, PA (19460).  The rain date is August 6th at the same time. This event is sponsored by Peace Advocacy Network (PAN). 

 

Day-of set up will occur from 7 AM - 11:00 AM.  Food trucks must arrive no later than 8 AM this year.

All vendors must completely dismantle AND leave the festival area between 5 PM and 6 PM.  If you are not dismantled by 6pm, you will be charged a fee. Please plan accordingly. 

 

If you are approved to vend at 2023 Phoenixville VegFest, you must have the applicable insurance needed to participate and have paid your fee to the organizers by 6/30/23. No Refunds will be provided. 

 

Food vendors selling food must have a Temporary Event License from Chester County.  If you have any food vendor questions, feel free to call Joyce Brown at (610) 344-5938.  Application can be found here: https://www.chesco.org/2652/Temporary-Events

 

All food vendors (including merchandise vendors sampling food) must contact Beth Whalen, Chester County Health Specialist, directly at (484) 746-9460 AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR to this event. **PLEASE NOTE:

All products sold, offered, or advertised at the event must be Vegan (containing no animal products or byproducts of any kind). Products must not be tested on animals and must be free of animal derivatives such as fur, leather, silk, lanolin, gelatin, whey, lard, fish sauce, beeswax, dairy, honey, confectioners glaze, etc.  


All menus and signage must not depict any animal products. If you have a mix of vegan and non-vegan items on your normal menu, you must create a vegan-only menu to display at the event. If there are photos of animal products on your tent or signage, you must cover them up or bring different signage.

You may not have non-vegan items in your food truck, booth space, or on the event premises. 

 

There will be a $300 fine and immediate cessation of offending product sale if this rule isn't followed. Thank you!
