Thank you for your interest in vending at this year's event.

 

The 2019 festival will take place on Saturday, August 24 from 12 PM - 5 PM at Reeves Park in Phoenixville, PA (19460).  The rain date is Sunday, August 25 at the same time. This event is sponsored by Peace Advocacy Network (PAN). 

 

Day-of set up will occur from 7 AM - 11:00 AM.  Food trucks must arrive no later than 8 AM this year.

All vendors must completely dismantle AND leave the festival area between 5 PM and 6 PM.  Please plan accordingly. 

 

If you are approved to vend at 2019 Phoenixville VegFest, you must have the applicable insurance needed to participate and have paid your fee to the organizers. No Refunds will be provided.

 

Food vendors selling food must have a Temporary Event License from Chester County. Application can be found here: http://pa-chestercounty.civicplus.com/2652/Temporary-Events

 

All food vendors (including merchandise vendors sampling food) must contact Beth Whalen, Chester County Health Specialist, directly at (610) 344-4362 AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR to this event. Please reference Chester County Health Department Temporary Food Events Guidelines HERE.
